What size should I order?

What fabrics are your pajamas made from?

Our sleepwear is crafted from soft, breathable fabrics including cotton, cotton blends, rib knits, gauze cotton, jacquard knits, and polyester blends.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are delivered within 1–5 business days across the UAE. You'll receive a tracking link once your order has been shipped.

Can I exchange or return an item?

Yes, we accept exchanges and returns for unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 7 days of purchase. Please visit our Returns and Exchanges page for full details and instructions.

Are sold-out items restocked?

It depends on the product. While some of our best-selling styles may be restocked, others are released in limited quantities and may not return. We recommend purchasing your favorite pieces while they're available and following SANAÉ for restock announcements and new arrivals.

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept Visa, PayPal, and Cash on Delivery (COD). Please note that Cash on Delivery orders incur an additional AED 7 handling fee.
